Do I need one?

The short answer is no, you do not need an account to make a swim booking.

However, it may be useful if you wish to book a number of swim sessions throughout the season, as once you have set up an account, your details are retained, so that you will not have to re-enter them each time you make a booking.

Season Ticket and Inclusive Passes

If you purchase a Season Ticket or apply for an Inclusive Pass, you will set up an account as part of the process of buying a season ticket or applying for your Inclusive Pass. For more details on Inclusive Passes, Click Here

Season Ticket Purchase

If you purchase a season ticket and you already have an account you should log into that account on the Season Ticket page. If you do not have an account, you set one up during the Purchase process.

Setting up your account

To set up an account click the Create Account Button on the Home page.

You will then get the options for your account

Name - This should be your first and last name ie John Smith

Password - You should use a password that you can remember please use upper- and lower-case characters plus numbers and special characters. ie '@xtd531#p'

Email Address - This should be an email address you have access to. We suggest a private address rather than your work address as using a work address may contravene workplace rules.

Once you have filled in the details an email will be sent to the email address you specified with your credentials with a link to confirm your registration. Once this is done you are ready to go.
