These sessions are for people who want to improve their fitness and swimming technique. There are fast, medium and slow lanes are available. However, you should choose a lane that is suitable for your swimming speed. You may be asked by the lifeguards to switch lanes if you are considered by them to be in the wrong lane. You will be swimming in lanes that are occupied by other swimmers who maybe a little slower or faster than you, please act accordingly and respect your fellow swimmers.
- Before finalising your booking, make sure you are booking for the day and time you want. Once your booking is made you cannot change it.
- Minimum age is 16, no children prices available for these swims.
- Only 1 person per booking. For additional persons, you will require a separate email address for each booking.
