You may have noticed that we have taken down our swim booking system. We have discovered a bug in the system that was causing swims to be allocated to a different time to what was requested by the person booking the swim.
We think we have found the bug. We are in the process of checking all our booking slots to ensure the problem does not occur in the future, so please bear with us while we check this. It is quite a big job for our small support team, so we would appreciate your patience while we check everything.
We think only a few number of bookings have been affected, however we would appreciate it if you have made a booking already to check you have a booking at a time you expected. If you find a discrepancy please get in contact with our support team via the Contact Page on the web site and let them know. Please include your booking confirmation and ticket.
We hope to bring the booking system back early next week.
