How to book a swim – for season ticket and 10 swim card holders
A Fantastic Start to the Season
The decision is unanimous – this has been a fantastic start to the season. We’re really pleased to have kicked off the year with a short spring season, and it’s been great to see so many of you back in the water.
You’ve really supported us, and we can’t thank you enough for that. Thank you for showing your support by purchasing a season ticket or swim card or paying as you go. And of course, the weather has been on our side, which has made it an even more pleasant start.
Last year, we introduced our new booking system in partnership with FuseMetrix. We’re pleased to see so many of you now using it with ease, and we continue to work closely with them to ensure the system remains as simple and straightforward as possible for everyone.
To help you get started, or as a quick refresher, we’ve put together a simple step-by-step guide below, along with a video walkthrough to guide you through the process.
Booking your swim session
Once you’ve logged into your account, please follow these steps:
- Go to “Season Ticket & 10 Swim Card Holders – Book Sessions here”
- Select either Lane Swim or General Swim
- Click “Book Now”
- On the next screen, you’ll see your name listed at the top
- Select your name – a tick will appear and the box will be shaded (this confirms your selection)
- Scroll down and click “Book Now” again
- You’ll then be taken to the calendar – simply choose your preferred date and time and follow the steps through to checkout
If you are using a Season Ticket or 10 Swim Card, this will be applied automatically and you will not be charged at checkout.
