We have noticed a small problem with our Payment Provider, PayPal which could cause you to pay twice for a swim booking.
Please note the following
When you pay by debit or credit card, PayPal asks for your details. Once you enter them it checks the details and takes payment. However, we are seeing that sometimes it does not return a Payment Complete message and just shows the request for Payment again. PLEASE DO NOT PAY AGAIN.
Instead, go into your account and check your registration history for the booking you have made. If you see an invoice number and ticket number your payment is complete. (see examle below) You will also receive an email with the confirmation
We will be investigating this problem with our payment provider. In the meantime, please take note
