The volunteer and pool teams are always available to help you if you have any queries or problems using our pool. However, please remember all the volunteers at the pool work in their spare time on behalf of everyone who comes to the pool. During the pool's opening hours our Pool Teams are busy ensuring the pool is safe for everyone attending, so they might not be on hand to immediately to answer any query you may have.
Before contacting us with your query or problem, please check our website as many of the queries that come in, the answers to which are already on the website.
For queries about what swim sessions are happening on any day, pricing and booking please go to our Pool Timetable page. Here you will see all the sessions for the current month and future months. If you hover over a session with your finger or mouse you will see more details.
For any other queries go to our Visitor FAQ page. Here you will find common questions and answers about your planned visit to the pool. These faqs include information on getting to the pool, information for families coming to the pool, facilities at the pool, account and booking information.
If you can’t find an answer on these pages, please contact us via our Contact page. Please use this rather than sending emails direct to the teams. The reason is that we collect information and data from the Contact Page to improve the information we provide on our web site and social media. Please contact the relevant team in relation to your query or problem. By doing this you will get a response quicker.
