Details Required: We will need your name, email address and phone number. If you have an account or season ticket with us, these details are entered automatically from your Account.

Paying for you booking: Our payment provider accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Booking Confirmation: After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent an email with your booking details to the address entered on the booking form together with your entrance ticket and invoice(if applicable). Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Reminder: We will send you a reminder email about your booked session around 12 hours before the session starts.

Cancellation: You can cancel your booking either via your account or on the reminder email. However, we do not offer refunds  due the high costs associated with refunding. We can however, try to accommodate you on another session. Please contact the Booking Team with your booking details
