Failing that you could have entered an incorrect email address during the booking process. If you cannot find your booking, please contact the Booking Team via our Contact Page with your name and the date and time of your booking.

Once you have booked a swim session, your booking will logged against your account, if you have registered for an account or you are a Season Ticket Holder. NOTE: If you have not registered or you are not a season ticket holder, you will not be able to see your bookings online, but you will still receive an email confirmation of your booking(s).
To see you bookings, log into your account and go to the Account Details page. There you will see 4 tabs
Click on the Your Booked Sessions tab to see your bookings. On this page you can also cancel your bookings.
IMPORTANT: If you cancel a booking you have paid for there is NO REFUND. We only refund when we have to cancel the session for unforeseen circumstances.
No, we do not operate a waiting list system. However, it is worth checking sessions that are coming up to see if slots have become available as people do sometimes cancel at a late stage.
If you have purchased a Season Ticket, you are entitled to free entry to all swim sessions except Aqua Aerobics and Inclusive Swims.
To ensure you get free entry on bookable sessions you will need to Sign in to your account prior to making the booking. Once you have logged in to your account you will see Season Ticket holder tickets, depending on the type of Season ticket you have, Individual or Group. Please make sure you choose your Season Ticket Holder ticket.
On some sessions you can book both yourself and others, such as friends. However, you pay for these tickets

If you have an account, please log in to it before you book, as it will save you having to enter your details as these will be automatically filled in for you.
You can pay by all major credit and debit card via our Payment Provider, Stripe. This is a safe way to purchase items on the Internet. By using Stripe service, you don’t expose bank details or card numbers with us. Our site does not keep any financial records that way, so that your payment information is not at risk.
No, all our swim sessions are based on a first come, first served basis, this includes Season Ticket Holders
For pre-booked sessions, booking opens approximately 8 days in advance.
Please be prepared to see some popular session times fill up quickly.
For drop-in swim sessions there is no pre-booking
Yes, There are concessions for over 60's, Students in full time education as well as different pricing for adults and children. In addition, children under 4 years old are admitted free to the General, Drop in and Parent/Toddler swim sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: For paid swims, we cannot offer refunds if you cancel your booking. This is due to the fact that we have to pay fees to our payment provider for both booking and issuing refunds and then also claim back the VAT we have paid on your booking.
If you have an account with us, you can cancel your booking from your account. Go to your registration history and cancel the relevant session.
To change a booking please contact the Booking Team via our Contact Page. Please make sure you provide your name, email address, date and time of the booking and details of the new booking you would like. Please note we cannot guarantee you will get the new session you want, particularly for popular sessions.
